I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry for over 12 years, training people from all fitness backgrounds - complete beginners to professional athletes, new mothers to those recovering from an injury.
From a young age, I’ve always been passionate about fitness including boxing and that’s why I’ve developed my expertise in combining boxing, resistance training, core and bodyweight exercises, training people whilst enjoying the process!
When you sign up to be one my clients, I will spend time with you to understand your goals, advise on how we can achieve it, creating a realistic custom plan so we can track progress at every session.
