1-2-1 Coaching
Traditionally, personal training is perceived to be between a coach and client but I’ve also observed measurable success with my clients when they train with a partner and also in groups. All my sessions are tailored to my client’s needs and I work with complete beginners, regular exercisers and advanced athletes.

1 on 1 workouts are designed based on your specific fitness goals.
The combination of exercises will change depending on whether you want to improve strength, get toned, lose weight or simply get back into exercise following an injury.
Having dedicated time and attention for a full session can result in faster better progress and faster results.
With consistency and practice you'll feel better and start to notice the change in your mindset and body.

Partner sessions are centred around circuits and weights with both you and your partner motivating each other through exercise.
With a bit of friendly competition, partner sessions are an effective way of pushing yourself further and having fun at the same time.

If you prefer working out in a group setting, this one is for you.
Group sessions can range from 3-4 friends, to a large group as part of a work team-building event.
Depending on the goal, group sessions can include a combination of weighted, bodyweight and boxing exercises in a circuits format, designed to get your body moving and your heart rate up!
Group sessions can be booked as a one-off session or a block booking.
